International Career Advancement, Inc (ICA) was founded in
2004 to support the recruitment, immigration and placement of
Foreign Educated Nurses into nursing positions in the United
States with a primary focus in the States of New York, New
Jersey and Connecticut.
ICA initiated its recruitment of foreign nurses from
Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Poland. ICA guides and prepares
foreign nurses on:
- the English Language Proficiency examinations;
- the Commission on Graduates of Foreign Nursing Schools
credentials verification and examination processes as
required by individual States;
- the Visa Screen process;
- the I-140 immigration application;
- NCLEX preparation as needed;
ICA seeks appropriate nurse placements in US hospitals for
their foreign nurse recruits based on education and experience
levels. Our goal is to consistently match qualified nursing
